THE INFLUENCE OF EXTENSIVE READING STRATEGY AND READING INTEREST TOWARD STUDENTS’ READING COMPREHENSION OF ELEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS OF SMAN 1 TULUNG SELAPAN.

The objectives of the study are to find out whether or not(1) There is significant influence extensive reading towards students’ comprehension between those who have height interest and low at eleventh grade students SMA Negeri 1 Tulung Selapan (2) is conventional strategy toward high Selapan. (3) between Selapan.(4) interaction effect on This used Saphiro-Wilk test it Levene's in testing homogenity. It was found that significance value for homogeneity (Levene’s test) 0.021 which lower than 0.05, therefore data not considered homogeny, so writers took equal variances assumed t-test. Next, value t-test 0.000. showed there a difference no treatment because sig. 0.05. That means null hypothesis (Ho3b) rejected.
